We are looking for a Partnership Manager who is a strategic and creative thinker to join our Marketing team and manage the full scope of partnerships from influencers, ambassadors. affiliates and brand partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for managing the lifespan of influencer, affiliate and brand partnership campaigns including tracking budgets, negotiating, reporting and building relationships on behalf of our brand. With a keen eye for new opportunities, you’ll proactively be looking for new influencers, affiliates and brands to partner to help optimise The Cooking Guild’s marketing efforts and dive new customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full span of influencer and creator relationships across platforms to generate brand affinity and acquire new customers
• Trend spot for emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Build relationships with influencers and creators to grow loyalty for The Cooking Guild with our Ambassador program
• Identify potential partnerships with brands to develop revenue driving activities through affiliate channels
• Manage the full span of affiliate relationships with tools like CJ Affiliate network and iDevAffiliate
• Develop strategies, execute partner success plans and report on key metrics to ensure retention
• Build internal processes to streamline workflows and implement affiliate tracking systems and attribution models
• Track budgets, deliverables and reporting on influencer and affiliate campaign success
• Draft campaign project and creative briefs based on trends, research, and results to guide content creation for conversion improvement and maximum learnings
• Draw up influencer, creator and affiliate contracts and negotiate offers for The Cooking Guild.
• Hit regular KPI, sales and revenue targets

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in influencer and affiliate management
• Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to negotiate strongly while maintaining positive relationships
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Clear, concise and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
• Must work proactively to find new partnership opportunities
• Experience managing marketing budgets with a forward-thinking approach
• Strong interest and understanding of the influencer landscape, social platforms, and content creation patterns
• Drive and self-motivation. You’re able to work independently and collaboratively to push projects to completion
• Knowledge of CJ Affiliate Network and other Affilate Networks is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday
