Patient Access Coordinator/ Call Center- Patient Financial Services Job at Door County Medical Center
The Patient Access Coordinator supervises daily operations of the Call Center in the Clinic. Some duties to include but not limited to: staffing, scheduling, work flows, and performance improvements and miscellaneous clerical duties. Serves as front line staff as needed to optimize patient flows and experience. Uses medical knowledge and experience to improve process and assist patient flow from scheduling through reappointing
Minimum Education: Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
Minimum Related Years of Experience: Two years healthcare or insurance experience
Shift: Working 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
