Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll experience in both corporate and SNF payroll environments
- Prior payroll experience with knowledge of multi state and federal wage and hour laws
- 2+ years experience with AllianceHCM payroll and tax software
Responsibilities
- The Payroll Manager will oversee the organization's payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on a Semi Monthly (Staff Employees) and (Freelance Employees) payroll schedule accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
- Ensure corporate and SNF payroll is processed in an accurate and timely manner using full cycle payroll software (currently using AllianceHCM and Swipe Clock time and attendance)
