TRC is currently seeking a Payroll/HR Administrator. The position will be responsible for completing weekly payroll and all necessary documents and and information required through our internal system in a timely manner,.
Payroll/HR Administrator
Position Responsibilities:
- All new hire paperwork from initial hire thru I-9, drug screen, E-Verify etc and benefits
- Weekly payroll entry for 70-100 employees depending on the season
- Review of all timecards and management of fuel cards/auto insurance/files
- Knowledge of construction helpful but not required
- Experience in a high-paced evolving environment as this is for a weekly payroll and ability to work independently with attention to detail
Positions Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals in various departments and external parties
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Solution oriented and problem solver
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), Outlook and Gmail for email, QuickBooks experience helpful
- Excel experience with basic formulas is required
Work Location after training has been completed:
- 4 days a week in the Phoenix location, 1 day work from home

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
