Title: Planner/Scheduler

Job Description:
Work with Portfolio and Operations teams to determine and execute work schedules, including both scheduled and reactive maintenance activities

• Be comfortable using Salesforce or similar CMMS and be able to prepare reports and communicate with other employees, staff, and customers regarding the daily schedule
• Be able to comprehend extensive operations schedules
• Consider each stage of their workflow to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide feedback and visibility of actual labor activities to increase the accuracy of maintenance scheduling

Duties and Responsibilities

• Use CMMS systems to ensure work is planned / scheduled to meet warranty and service contract commitments and requirements
• Analyze and manage commitment dates directly related to customer demand and expedite accordingly against current / tentative dates based on production schedule(s)
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects and the reduction of issues due to scheduling errors
• Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and annual report templates
• Use data-driven decision making to achieve daily operational excellence
• Develop and track appropriate KPI’s
• Based on attributes such as priority, required skill sets, geographic region, and other pertinent factors, engage the proper resources for each Work Order
• Adhere to departmental procedures and safety requirements (OSHA, NFPA 70E, etc.)
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Education / Experience

• 2+ years’ experience in customer facing role(s), preferably scheduling/dispatch
• 2+ years’ experience in CMMS system environment and implementation (Salesforce preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Planning (equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1+ years’ experience in solar performance analytics and/or operations and maintenance
• 1+ years’ experience with Agile methodology is a plus
• Strong business and financial acumen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $41,009.56 - $97,077.69 per year
