What you will do:
- Plans, coordinates, and supervises activities of the hospital's plant operations and maintenance functions to maintain physical structures (including HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, utilities, and grounds).
- Maintains performance improvement activities and will, as needed, perform emergency repairs at the various locations.
- Provides leadership to department staff and oversees hiring and performance management.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience preferably in a hospital setting and 5 years management experience.
- Knowledge in HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, fluid filtering, mechanical systems, and electrical engineering and operation.
- Hospital facilities management including Environment of Care (EOC), plant operations, and Joint Commission (TJC) survey standards and compliance is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
