What You'll Do

• You're a hard worker who's not afraid to be wet and dirty as you assist a foreman with a variety of pool construction tasks. From digging a new pool, to plumbing, to pouring concrete, you're ready to roll up your sleeves and help.
• You might not have any experience with pools, but you’re a fast learner with a mechanical aptitude, some construction related experience, and you pick up new skills with ease.
• You will assist the job foreman with keeping construction projects moving forward with a wide variety of tasks, including making sure daily photographs of your work are uploaded.
• You will perform a variety of daily construction tasks at the direction of your crew foreman and our construction superintendent.

What You Need to Have

• Pool Construction experience is preferred but if you thirst for knowledge, we’re willing to teach you everything we know.
• Enthusiasm for learning and seeking new skills. You want everyone, yourself included, to continue to learn and grow.
• An unshakable ability to work independently and stay focused without the need for much oversight or hand-holding.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship. It pains you when things aren’t done properly.
• You're reliable and can be counted on to show up and get the job done.
• A growth mindset. You seize opportunities to learn new skills outside your job description.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record for at least 3 years, overtime required and must pass a drug test.

• Starting Base Pay rate of $18.00-$20.00/hr.
