Job Title :: Post Production Supervisor

Job Location :: Los Angeles ,CA (Remote)

Position Description ::

• Work closely with the Associate Producer, Music and Sound team to ensure that all post-production materials are prepared in a timely fashion.
• Track post milestone deadlines and communicate any potential problems or production delays to the Line Producer.
• Ensure shipment materials are prepared correctly and shipped to partner studios.
• Attend regular meetings with Production staff to inform of current status, delays, and completions that are currently affecting post-production and any possible solutions.
• Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the generation and delivery of all post elements for delivery.
• Schedules and/or attends post-related meetings and sessions, including assemblies, edits, locks, spots, reviews, mixes, color corrections, and QC's, as needed.
• Notate, budget, and track Animation Retakes called by key creative and technical producers, as needed.
• Drive processes to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets.
• Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure all creative, aesthetic and legal requirements are met.
• Monitor the work on all phases of post, setting goals and shifting priorities as needed. Alert Producers and Post executives to any problems/concerns

Skills Required::

• Set a strong example in craft, integrity, and culture
• Strong working knowledge of the visual arts and animation film production process.
• Strong soft skills and the ability to work well with others, at all levels, as part of a team
• The ability to be resourceful and adaptable and be able to solve practical and conceptual problems in an an efficient manner
• Strong organization and production management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong time management and organization skills

Desired Qualifications::

• Experience of the various expressions of our IP
• 3+ years of experience in animation productions
