Our goal is to hire full-time employees who can be available from 6 am to 12 pm for a 5-day workweek. Some days may begin at 2 pm and end at 6 pm with a total of approx 20-30 hrs a week .
All training will be done in our store. The training consist of making the dough in a large mixer with proprietary specifications, placing the dough into a custom-made machine called a stringer to obtain a rope-like piece of dough that is ready to be hand twisted into the shape of a typical Philly Soft Pretzel. raw pretzel placed on board to proof and then placed in a walk-in cooler till needed for baking the finished product. responsible for complete clean-up of all equipment to be ready for use when needed. It is all team members' responsibility to keep the store always clean. All of the responsibilities will be part of the training. We are looking for people who exhibit the qualities of responsibility, honesty, integrity one who are willing and ready to be available when scheduled to work and on time.
