Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting molds, starting them up, and making process adjustments. This includes starting robots and making adjustments to programs as necessary.
- Maintaining cycle times & recording to maximize production.
- Troubleshooting machine, tooling, and process for continuous improvement.
- Responsible for communicating in written form to any changes made to the existing processes & robot program on the hard drive.
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining specific machines.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- 3-5 years Injection Molding experience preferred
- Ability to work a 12-hour schedule
- Ability to have flexible schedule to cover for vacations and illness
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
