Sourcing Manager - This role requires an engineering degree.

• Vendor selection
• Vendor evaluation
• Vendor management

Required qualification for Sourcing Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience of at least 7+ years procurement or sourcing.

Procurement Managers - take overall responsibility for their commodities. They plan strategies for execution for cost, quality and capacity for commodity assurances across all plants working with the plant management. They provide guidance for planners & buyers and work closely with sourcing department for new product sourcing.

Education and Experience for Procurement Manager:

• Ten (10) years of experience in procurement (ie. buying, purchasing) of components used in a manufacturing process.
• Five (5) years experience with supervision of 2 or more buyers.
• Experience working in a world wide purchasing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred
