IES Custom Staffing is seeking a Food Production Associate to join our team in Boise, ID! This position is located in a dairy production facility that creates nutritious, high-quality products.
Pay: $15 - $16 / hr DOE
We Pay Weekly!
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team to complete production processes.
- Follow safety procedures.
- Be detail-oriented.
- Find a balance between quality and quantity.
- Follow detailed recipes.
- Prepare products in a timely manner.
- Able to bend, flex, lift 55 pounds, squat, stretch, and walk
- Capacity to work within a team
- Must have great attention to detail
- Adhere to a drug screening and background check
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong attention to detail and have a commitment to excellent service
- Must be able to work with others to achieve team goals but can work independently without direct supervision
