As our organization grows, we need to add two Production Enthusiast. As a Production Enthusiast it will open the doors to an opportunity to explore skilled trade careers in the Tool and Die Industry.

A Typical Day in Production:
- Safely and effectively setup, troubleshoot, and run all stamping press, lasers and welding equipment.
- Complete work orders and request in a timely fashion
- Perform inspection of finished parts using, micrometers, calipers, gauges and fixtures.
- Complete production paperwork
- Pack crates and skids and prepare for shipping
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Operate a Hilo and overhead crane
- Other duties as assigned
What you will learn:
- Basic operations of a tool and die shop floor
- The importance of safety policy implementation on a tool and die shop floor
Who will you work with?
- Tool and Die Makers, Apprentices, Machinists, Maintenance Team, Technology Team,
Your environment:
- Collaborative, creative, positive and fast-paced tool and die shop
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
- A minimum of 18 years of age, High school diploma or equivalent
- Punctual, reliable and safety conscious
- Employee committed to learning, teamwork, growth, and initiative
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds repetitively, stand 10-12 hours a day and be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation, and without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of the individual or others.
Shift:
- Monday – Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm Overtime when needed on Saturday.
