Job Overview:
We are seeking a Production Manager to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art Kornit Digital Direct-to-Garment printers and oversee day-to-day order processing, production, fulfillment, and machine maintenance efforts. You’ll report directly to the Head T-shirt Guy (aka the owner) and be the point person in our bright, organized workspace, managing a tight knit team of production associates, rooted within a company culture of integrity, collaboration, openness, and fun.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate our DTG Machines to print original graphics on our custom cut & sewn USA Made garments.
- Perform ongoing preventative maintenance to keep our machines operating at peak performance and troubleshoot/repair issues as needed.
- Manage daily order processing efforts, print run prioritization, and timeline management across the Production team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work environment in the office, warehouse, production, and showroom space.
- Manage and maintain ink & fluid levels and production & shipping supplies.
- Communicate with the owner on all operational and production related issues or concerns that require more input in a proactive, clear, consistent way.
- Assist in managing our team of part time production associates, hiring and training new team members, coordinating work schedules to account for workflow fluctuations, and delegating production and fulfillment tasks accordingly.
- Assist in managing picking, packing, and shipping online and wholesale orders.
- Assist in managing blank garment receiving, inventory organization, and quality control efforts.
- Assist in managing online customer support ticket resolution and showroom in person sales.
- Ongoing projects including product setups and specialty tasks to enhance operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a hands-on operational role.
- Experience with apparel decoration and DTG printing (Kornit Machines in particular) strongly encouraged, but we’re willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work with your hands and be physically engaged throughout the work day.
- Experience managing a team a huge plus, but not required.
- Comfortable working in cloud-based software and workflow management systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop a big plus.
