Follow all plant safety policies and procedures. Be actively engaged in safety, participate in safety programs, engage in safety activities, perform risk assessments and demonstrate ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members. Report all near hits, incidents, and any safety concerns.

Operate and adjust all equipment in the plant, dependent on specific job awarded.

Must be sanitation qualified. If not, must meet requirements to become sanitation certified. -
Understand and follow lock out/tag out procedures.

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with all plant personnel.

Read, understand, and obey all plant rules, GMP’s and practice safety as outlined in the employee handbook

Be knowledgeable of the potential hazards and safety procedures associated with the task being performed.

Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.

Must be able to demonstrate a balance of teamwork and individual responsibilities.
