PACKAGING WORKER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Will be responsible for packaging 100% quality packaging components into shipping cartons, PICs (Personal Individual Cartons) or displays as required by the customer.

PACKAGING WORKER JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to keep up with the lines packing quality product while the machine is running with minimal down time.
• Ability to make enough PICs (Boxes) and shippers on the line to maximize production.
• Good hand-eye coordination to be able to hot glue PICs.
• Ability to efficiently make shippers, PICs or other assembles necessary to support Production.
• Ability to assist the other employees on the line to maximize production as assigned by the supervisor.
• Flexibility to work on other lines or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
• Awareness of workstation to avoid any potential trip or fall hazards.
• Assist in production wherever needed and as assigned by the supervisor.

PACKAGING WORKER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledgeable Nutraceutical, Food, Confectioner or Bio Pharm industry regulations with cGMP is a plus but not required.
• Must Speak English
• Possess basic mathematics skills (+, -, x, ÷).
• Ability to lift to 35 lbs. and be able to stand for the entire (10) hours for shift.
• Be able to work repetitively and very fast-paced.
• STEEL TOED SHOES & SAFETY GLASSES REQUIRED
• NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PREMISES!
• NO PHONES ALLOWED ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR

PACKAGING WORKER SHIFTS:

• SWING SHIFT: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | OT is required when needed

PACKAGING WORKER WAGE: $16.75/hr
