Production Supervisor - Direct Hire - Day and Overnight Shifts Available Job at Spinnaker Solutions
Our client is currently looking for a Production Supervisor for both a 6am and also a 6pm shift.
Pay is $75,000
Job Description and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Supervisory experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to mentor and coach employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
- Attend daily production meetings.
- Evaluate, coach and/or discipline staff as required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
- Interviewing and hiring as necessary.
- Monitor production supplies for all departments.
- Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, accurate and be accountable to job responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned
- Planning and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Schedule daily duties of Production crews and oversee the preparation and production of materials to meet daily/weekly orders.
- Serve as liaison between day production and night loading.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Supervise and direct the duties of operations personnel in production.
- Track and maintain daily production records including units per man-hour.
- Train new staff and existing staff as required.
- Verify order paperwork to piece counts of daily loads and perform quality control checks of product before staging for distribution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
