Cougar Mountain Baking Company is currently looking for reliable people to add to our expanding production crew to help produce our premium cookies and cookie dough.
Production Worker Responsibilities:
· Operate dough portioning equipment
· Operate commercial ovens
· Remove baked cookies from baking pans and stage for packaging
· Operate packaging equipment, including horizontal wrapper, shrink wrapper and lidding machines.
· Taping and labeling boxes
· Filling, closing, and palletizing cases and trays
· Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment
· Maintain a clean and safe work area
Schedule:
· Four 10 hour shifts
· Tuesday through Friday with some Monday shifts to cover holidays or peak seasons
· Available shifts are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM and 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 30lbs
· Must be able to stand for 10 hour shifts.
· Must have a positive attitude and a good work ethic.
· Must have good attention to detail.
· Must be reliable and punctual.
· Previous experience with food is desired but not required.
