Program Aide
Join the Head Start teaching team in a teacher assistant type position in facilitating many classroom activities such as field trips, lesson planning, and classroom maintenance. This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of the Head Start classroom and start a career track to becoming a Head Start Teacher. This position may also assist in the kitchen, bus, or other areas of operation.
As a minimum requirement, the applicant must be 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Some states may require additional requirements for kitchen aide
duties (i.e., Safe Serve).
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday (30 hours per week,42 weeks per year)
