Licensed Program Director - Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program

• 
  Supervise and support the program development of an Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Treatment Program and facility, ensuring best-in-class evidence-based and holistic treatment for teens and their families.
• Provide clinical supervision to our therapists while maintaining 5-7 clinical hours conducting group, individual, and family therapy sessions
• Support clinical staff development by conducting training, in-service education, orientation programs, and staff meetings while staying current with industry changes by participating in workshops and seminars
• Model and encourage a spirit of cooperation and teamwork to promote staff morale
• Audit clinical documentation, conduct utilization reviews, and coordinate with the business office, parents, and senior management.

A privately owned Mental Health Services Provider is looking for a Program Director for their new Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program located in Burbank, CA. Our team promotes the emotional and behavioral health of teenagers and their families. This position is ideal for mental health professionals committed to guiding the healing and strengthening of teen/family relationships while providing leadership and support to our growing team of therapists.

Education, Experience, and Training requirements:

• Licensed Mental Health Professional – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Working knowledge of psychopathology, diagnostic assessments, and treatment interventions
• A minimum of one year of recent experience as a Program Director preferred
• Must have a passion for working with adolescents (age 12-18) with at least 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
