This particular position will support our outpatient services. We believe in putting the patient and their needs first, so every Bailey-Boushay clinician learns to do every job. Days are never the same and could include a mix of Nursing, serving lunch, helping a client with a shower, etc.

As an employee of Virginia Mason, our staff enjoy the emotional benefits of working at a nonprofit facility, but are paid as hospital employees - a higher level of compensation than the typical social service agency.
