Position Responsibility:
- Oversees all management, scheduling (Surge/Emergency Operations and Overtime, rescheduling work, and regular work schedules) and contract requirement aspects of this contract
- Performs reporting requirements, in accordance with the contract requirements, to include monthly performance reporting, inventory reports, TDY trip reports, inspection/timesheet reports, property reports, and other relevant to the performance of this contract
- Responsible for planning according to increased output requirements in conjunction with corporate management
- Meet and communicate with the local Government customers on a regular basis regarding contract requirements
- Foster good working relationships with the Government
- Ensure that at least 95% of the authorized positions are filled within the mission time frames established by the contract, to include short term surge missions.
- Ensure all assigned personnel are properly licensed to operate equipment that they are required to operate/maintain. Ensure personnel have completed proper qualifications, training, physicals, and security requirements.
- Ensure all personnel and maintenance, supply, repairs conform US Army and environmental, and host nation Laws and regulations
- Work with Corporate Human Resources (HR), Site HR in accordance with company policies and applicable governing ware requirement of the host nation
- Ensure all test equipment and tools issued to employees are properly inventoried and controlled.
- Ensure maintenance management system support functions are performed in accordance with established directives
- Perform functions related to program planning, funds control, data collection and analysis, and control techniques
- Monitor Limitations of Funds requirements in coordination with site and corporate financial management staff to ensure timely notifications are provided to the government for additional funding requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of six years’ experience. Preferably in the European theater
- Must have a current US Passport
- Must meet the requirements to receive a Common Access Card (CAC)
- Must have experience working with the US Army Class IX supply system
