We are currently seeking a Program Support Analyst to support various NAVAIR Program Management and Acquisition Management taskings specific to a program office. This person will use their program/project knowledge, skills, and abilities to gather, review, and analyze acquisition planning and execution information to include the processes and data involved.

Specifically, the candidate will:

In addition, in order to manage and track the various acquisition program/project taskings as defined above, it is highly desired to have working level knowledge of the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) and the Contracts Data Requirements List (CDRL) Tool applications which resides within the NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS). PMT and CDRL Tool, in summary, are software applications designed to support nearly all the tasking listed above with an objective to provide every program/project more effective and timelier for pre- and post-award acquisition management. Eventually this person will be required to have a working level knowledge of PMT and CDRL Tool to both properly manage taskings/projects and reach out to others involved using a variety of techniques and documentation so they too will use both tools properly.

Required Education: BS or BA degree.

ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
A) An AS or AA degree and three (3) years of overall experience plus the amount of detailed experience that
matches the experience/training requirement for this position may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; or
B) Seven (7) years of overall experience plus the amount of detailed experience that matches the experience/training requirement for this position may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Required Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description above.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; and
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Desired Experience:

• 1 Year – Training experience, including experience with training users on web-based IT systems;
• Training module development and delivery;
• Training materials and courseware development;
• Experience creating, reviewing, and updating program related briefs and other source of operations documentations.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
