This position is for a passionate and motivated Project Architect with 7+ years of experience who will fit into our flexible, collaborative environment and is motivated to grow professionally while contributing to the growth of the Commercial Studio team.

Reports to: Civil Principal

The ideal candidate:

· Enjoys both highly inclusive, collaborative teamwork and high levels of independence

· Is experienced at managing medium-large scale commercial projects

· Has working knowledge of building codes

· Can develop thought-provoking design for buildings with various uses

· Can demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, communication, and people skills

· Enjoys mentoring junior architectural staff

· Has experience working with local building departments and design review boards

· Has the ability to lead productive coordination process with internal and external consultants

Minimum Qualifications:

· Professional degree in Architecture or related experience

· Master’s Degree preferred

· 7+ years of experience

· Licensure preferred

· Revit experience required

· Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a team environment

Salary 80-110k DOE
