About the role:
We are seeking a talented individual that craves working on multiple unique architectural projects within the local community. This ideal candidate should be an ambitious multitasker and expert collaborator. Excellent listening skills, creative thinking and design aptitude, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to transition between various duties throughout the day is desired. Some marketing and business development duties are expected and a proactive approach is encouraged. In addition to designing and managing projects from the office, site visits will require communication with clients and construction professionals, and provide opportunities to advise and learn on site.

Qualifications:
- NAAB Accredited Architecture Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred
- 10+ years of experience in an architecture firm
- Licensure not required, but path to licensure is encouraged
- Versatile computer skills with ability to work in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Rendering capabilities in Enscape and graphic design skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- A positive and motivated attitude and genuine excitement for design.
Compensation:
- Range of $75k - $90k based on experience.
- End of year bonus based upon firm profitability.
