We are seeking an intelligent, hardworking, and motivated individual to
Estimate and Manage Construction Projects in the Greater Boston Area.
Your daily activities will consist of:
Estimating construction projects
Buyouts with subcontractors and vendors
Effectively managing multiple projects at a time
Scheduling and providing materials and manpower
Supervising and assisting foremen
Make weekly site visits
Pricing changes and adds to scope of work
Relevant Experience:
Ability to read/understand plans and documents
Creating accurate construction estimates and procuring work
Specifying, pricing, and purchasing construction materials
Maintaining control of production schedules and costs
Leading construction teams and foremen
Understanding of framing, drywall, or construction
Required Skills:
Self-motivated and organized
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Ability to read construction blueprints and documentation
