Computer Experience:
Ensure performance levels, production schedules, quality assurance standards and financial requirements are attained or exceeded through effective management of production personnel and administration of teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage to all SOPs related to running the client program as well as ensures consistent administration of policies and procedures.
Staff Management:
- Responsible for the leading, providing professional development, and evaluating direct reports.
- Provide continued teaching, coaching, motivation, accountability, structure, policy enforcement within the program and site.
- Ensures all performance evaluations for the department are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensures corrective action is delivered in a timely manner and all related policies are being followed.
- Conduct interviews.
Product Knowledge:
- Understand client program and GCS product measurements and implement procedures to positively impact them.
- Understand the workings of each system used for client program operations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external departments.
- Responsible for the clear and consistent delivery and implementation of all client program changes and updates to all appropriate personnel.
- Partners with the Quality Manager to ensure practices are implemented in line with client expectations.
Contract/Client Management:
- Responsible for daily communication with client, provide program feedback, recommendations, responding to requests, updates and supporting the NCTA Quick Pass Project.
- Responsible for understanding each aspect of the contract to ensure compliance.
- Understand the RFP/RAB process and participate as needed.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of prospective client presentations as needed.
Financial Knowledge:
- Assist in the preparation of annual and monthly center/client program budgets.
- Responsible for understanding the payroll, accounts payable, accrual and revenue processes for the call center/client program.
- Understand and be able to run the process for tracking and reporting client program specific expenses.
- Understand and be able to run the process of generating initial invoices and approving final invoice prior to distribution.
- Must have analytical experience using results and reports from multiple sources
Business Knowledge:
- Understand and be able to run the process of staff forecasting and scheduling for the client program.
- Understand and be able to run the process of creating monthly program volume and staffing forecasts.
- Possess strong business writing skills with the ability to develop the Management team in this area.
- A proven ability to identify opportunities and implement best practices that result in increased revenue, business and results.
- Understand how to develop and direct short and long-term business planning for the client project.
- Develops and manages production and quality standards by reviewing client program results and methods used to achieve them.
Technology Knowledge:
- Understanding of the ACD, IVR, Scheduling Software, Reporting System, Monitoring System utilized in the daily operation of the client program.
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals
- React positively to an ongoing, changing environment
- Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers
- Work safely without presenting a threat to self or others
- Perform additional duties as required by management
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Management from an accredited university preferred
Experience:
3-5 years of proven performance as member of management in a related field. Call Center environment preferred.
Computer Experience:
- Employees must be able to type quickly and accurately, use a mouse effectively, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PPT and Word).
- Experience with Toll Back Office Systems, Vector or Integrity preferred
