SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and experienced construction Project Manager for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA. The project manager will primarily work on projects in the Central PA and surround areas. The expectations for this position are to assure the completion of each job assigned while maintaining the complete satisfaction of the General Contractor. To monitor and supervise manpower to assure maximum productivity, minimal costs and minimal risk to employees and to the company. To maintain a professional and good quality image for the company at all times.
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for all aspects of the project from pre-construction planning through final construction of said project
- Technical documentation
- Jobsite communication with the project superintendent and operations
- Scheduling
- Cost analysis
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Project Management, Estimating, Job Costing/Billing and Project Scheduling
- Concrete and Field experience preferred
- Excel, Word, Outlook proficient
- Strong communication skills
- Extreme attention to details
- Experience with tight deadlines
- Must be reliable and have the ability to work overtime as required
- Follows the rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc. of Lorne G. Seifert, LLC
