Overview:
The Project Manager, Product Delivery will manage and motivate employees in the field and external teams for the successful delivery of project goals and objectives, as well as provide leadership and coordination of projects through Initiation, Planning, Control, and Close each phase within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specific objectives/requirements and meet defined customer expectations.

The ideal candidate for this role will be task-oriented, able to create a forecast of tasks and assignments, be creative, outgoing, energetic, and curious and will be given a wide berth to create and influence operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply a consistent project management methodology to build a project, define deliverables, and construct a project plan of future action
  • Manage the performance of a project by tracking deliverables, timeline performance, cost performance, change requests, project issues and project risks
  • Manage project expectations with the business owner, team members, and other stakeholders through effective communication plans, project status updates, and change order documentation
  • Communicate the objectives and status of projects to the relevant stakeholders during the life of the project, including project plans, status updates, change orders, significant issues and timelines
  • Work with resource managers to ensure that project team members are producing the necessary project deliverables and have the proper skills and competencies to perform project tasks.
  • Provide stewardship of the project / portfolio management methodology, develop best practices and tools, and manage the distribution and use of the methodology throughout the company
  • Aid in the further development of the project methodology to include quality controls
  • Work with Project Management team personnel to help identify changes to resolve organizational issues in planning and/or completing projects
  • Have a hand in writing RFPs
  • Have a hand in responding to RFPs
  • Provides feedback to leadership on the process and programs
  • Maintain a high level of client rapport
  • Maintain a high level of vendor rapport

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of PARCS implementation, support or service experience required (5+ years preferred)
  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience required (5+ years preferred)
  • At least 2 years of PARCS operations experience required
  • At least 5 years PARCS on prem operations and Cloud System experience preferred
  • Strong Customer Service orientation and skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to teach others
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
  • PMP Certification, education and/or equivalent experience in a technical field preferred

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
