SUMMARY
The Provider Recruitment Analyst will oversee all aspects of data analytics related to Physician and APC Recruitment. This includes working with the VP of Physician Recruitment in the development and maintenance of the annual, System-Wide Provider Workforce Plan. This position will also serve as subject matter expert for all department reports and analytics. Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining accuracy and functionality of Salesforce. This role will recommend and lead implementation of solutions that enable the organization to achieve its strategic and operational goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Identify, analyze, and forecast trends, issues, and opportunities into meaningful visualizations and develop presentations for leadership as needed by analyzing recruiting data
- Establish baseline metrics and analytics, collaborate with finance, operations and the leadership team to track and report all key performance indicators against annual, quarterly and monthly goals
- Audit and evaluate data, databases and processes to ensure data integrity and validity
- Generate and disseminate standardized reports for key decision-makers
- Develop and maintain dynamic, scalable, and effective dashboards including related KPIs/metrics for visual analysis
- Serve as subject matter expert for the department’s CRM (Salesforce)
- Serve as main contact for website development
- Assist VP of physician recruitment with presentations and Workforce Planning
- On-going research of solutions and best practices
- Prioritize tasks and resources to meet organization and department goals
- Helps Supervisor/Manager coordinate efforts to ensure the team achieves team and ministry goals and metrics
- Seek out educational opportunities to enhance skill set and opportunities for self and career development
- Creates ad hoc reports utilizing various data sources and systems as needed

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum Education:
4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Licensure/Certification Preferred:
Certification or Membership with Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR)
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Social Medial and web based platforms & good communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment-handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work after normal business hours.
