We are a national model for Value Based Care. Our clinicians see 10-12 patients per day, giving us the time to be thorough, deliberate and precise in diagnosis and providing in-depth care and follow up.
Innovare Health Advocates is actively interviewing for an exceptional PSR to join our one-of-a-kind practice!
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to answer and provide support for incoming calls
- Triage clinical calls and escalate as necessary
- Schedule appointments
- Pre-certify and schedule tests and labs for patients
- Manage incoming documents and scan into medical records system
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must be easy going and flexible
- Must be honest, dependable, confident and have a positive and motivated outlook
- Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks as well as multitask
- Exhibits initiative, follow through, attention to detail, resourcefulness and works well independently as well as with a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- EMR experience
- Basic knowledge of insurance plans and coverage
