Center for Resiliency LLC is currently interviewing for a passionate psychotherapist to join our growing and thriving private practice. Currently, we offer a hybrid of in-person and virtual patient sessions. This hybrid mix means that approved candidates can work in the beautiful office space we provide and from a quiet home office. Due to patient demand for in-person sessions, we ask that candidates are able to work from our Montvale, NJ location at least 2 evenings per week. We equip our clinicians with EHR software to document their patient visits and communication, HIPAA-compliant platforms to provide telehealth sessions, and in-office equipment, inclusive of a computer, printer, and coffee machine.

If you decide to work with us, you can expect a warm and supportive environment alongside other talented therapists, fully furnished office space with the ability to work from home, EHR software, a steady flow of quality patient referrals, weekly supervision by a licensed psychologist, and CEU/specialized training(s) paid by CFR. We take care of all administrative tasks including marketing, billing, and scheduling sessions, so you can do what you love and go home at the end of the day with no further work responsibilities. This is the ideal position for psychotherapists that love working with patients directly and want to give their full attention to providing high-quality patient care.

We are looking for psychotherapists who have experience and interest in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and/or couples. Training/Certification in EMDR, CBT, DBT or another evidence-based therapy considered a plus. This position is quite flexible and we can work with you to create your dream career!

Specific Requirements: Candidate must have an active New York and/or New Jersey License (Licensed social worker or psychologist preferred) or be license-eligible.
