Part Time Inside Sales Representative
Keystone Custom Homes is looking for an exceptional Online Advisor to join our award-winning team as we work to convert unprecedented levels of traffic – from leads, to appointments, to sales! The Online Advisor will interface with clients from a variety of platforms including phone, email, text and Live Chat. After completing comprehensive training and armed with a proven set of scripts and templates, coupled with a thorough knowledge of the company, the Online Advisor will be responsible for setting appointments, answering basic questions, and matching clients to the best homeplan and community to fit their needs. The success of the Online Advisor is vital to the success of the entire organization. This position is part of the Online Advisor Team and will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to further Keystone’s mission of “Building Dreams Together.”
This position:
- is fast paced and requires the ability to shift gears and multi-task
- is remote and requires a proper home office workspace
- is a part-time role with the following set schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday 8:00-1:00 (until 2:00 some days)
- Every other Saturday 10-5 and alternating Sundays 12-5 (In other words, this position works 1 weekend day each weekend and alternates the day from weekend to weekend)
- The historical average total comp for this position is $60,000.
- Insurance benefits are not available as this is a part time role.

- Once trained, are able to work independently and remotely
- Are motivated by an hourly rate plus shared commission pay structure
