Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains supply levels in the restrooms, conference rooms, locker rooms and other areas as assigned
- Maintains and cleans all restrooms, offices, conference rooms, locker rooms and other spaces as assigned
- Makes routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness
- Dusting / Window glass cleaning
- Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
- Collecting garbage
- Assists guests and other team members as needed
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and gear
- Maintain a preventative maintenance (PM) schedule for weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks
- Team Member may be required to perform other duties

Requirements:
- Previous office or building housekeeping experience required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong ability to provide attention to detail
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move about the entire facility safely and efficiently
- Evenings/night shift availability
