NaphCare has a great opportunity for a Purchasing Clerk at our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL, 35216.
The Purchasing Clerk will receive and process product orders/inventory for distribution.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months experience in previous supply, stock, or receiving clerk positions preferred.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process product orders/inventory, including receiving deliveries and packaging inventory for shipment to each site.
- Requires routine bending, lifting, and carrying up to thirty (30) pounds and conducts most work in a standing position.
- Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.
- Maintains the company stockroom by organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate skills in accuracy and multitasking while working to impact the progress within the daily workload and adhere to internal deadlines.
- Other duties as needed.
