QA Administrative Assistant Job at LGC Limited
The QA Administrative Assistant is responsible assisting the QA team with exceptional attention to detail while scanning documents as part of a project to archive documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan records.
- Ensure page count is correct
- Remove blank pages from electronic file
- Name and file in correct location(s)
- File physical documents in correct location
- Track records that are sent to offsite storage.
- Make sure they are scanned
- Update spreadsheet for offsite docs
- Filing of different documents.
- Ensure they are filed in correct location.
- Scan items that need to be prior to filing
- Upload items that need to be shared
- Help organize documents in Doc Room.
- Create labels that are easy to read and follow the correct format
- Currently moving items into new locations
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- Attention to detail, basic computer skills, English language skills, organizational and multitasking skills
- Requires prolonged sitting and working at a computer monitor.
- Repetitive motion using a keyboard or scanner for long periods of time. May occasionally be required to lift and move material weighing up to 10 lbs.
