Job Objective(s):

Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and assuring all product inbound and outbound is properly accounted for while meeting Dansons quality standards.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

· Entering data across multiple systems and sites

· Completing the assigned weekly cycle counts timely

· Maintaining accurate records of returns

· Providing adequate notes of inventory adjustments

· Understanding how to properly move inventory through the building systematically & phsyically

· Completing part migrations as assigned

· Assist with special projects/builds as needed to ensure proper inventory allocation/adjustments

· Working with all team members to resolve inventory issues

· Maintain technical knowledge needed to perform job effectively

· Clearly communicate with key personnel and leadership any issues

· Auditing inbound/outbound loads for quality and accurate quantities

· Keep warehouse organized

· Be willing and able to fill in and assist in all areas of the warehouse

· Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work area

· Fundamental understanding of warehouse operations to troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues

· Must be able to work outside the normal hours of operation (starting earlier, leaving later)

· Other duties as assigned

· Must be flexible and adaptable to changing environment and situations as business needs dictate.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Must work both independently and as a team member.

· Must be punctual with a good attendance record.

· Proficient in the Microsoft Suite

Physical Requirements (based on essential responsibilities.) Must be able to frequently perform tasks such as, but not limited to:

· Ability to read and match numeric and alpha characters quickly and accurately.

· Stand/walk for extended periods of time.

· Move, push, pull, and lift objects up to 70 lbs.

· Use hands and arms for simple grasping, pushing, and pulling.

· Perform tasks requiring actions of muscles or groups of muscles to walk, stoop, bend, lift, and carry objects.

· See objects closely to read directions, instructions, warnings, etc.

· Hear normal sounds and voices with some background noise to receive verbal instructions, communicate with others, etc.

· Ability to withstand extended periods of intense heat or intense cold

· Ability to operate MHE is a plus (sit down lift, stand up lift with forks or clamp attachment, scissor lift)

License/Certification:
