Job Summary
The Finance Division in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder seeks to hire a part-time, non-tenure track instructor to teach undergraduate and masters level real estate law courses beginning fall semester 2023. The instructor will work in support of teaching mission of the Finance Division at the Leeds School of Business.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- The instructor will be required to teach at least four real estate law classes per year, with possible assignments at the undergraduate and masters levels as well as across the fall, spring, and summer semesters. As part of this, the instructor will be involved in curriculum development, course creation, and content delivery. The position also requires engagement with the Leeds Centers and divisions that collaborate in the creation and delivery of curricula pertaining to the assigned courses.
What We Can Offer
Annual Salary : $57,500-62,000 for 50% time

What We Require
- A JD or equivalent degree in finance, economics, real estate, or related fields; or an undergraduate degree or equivalent with substantial business accomplishments.
What We Would Like You to Have
- Prior teaching experience in related undergraduate and master’s level courses in business schools is strongly preferred.
