Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job at Crain Ranch
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors and schedule appointments for office visitors
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
- Process and prescreen all incoming employment applications
- Conduct New Hire Orientations
- Work efficiently to meet established deadlines
- Maintain Company files always organized and accessible
- Complete various daily and weekly reports
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements for management
- Work collaboratively and promote a team environment
- Other assistant duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- 1-year recent office administration experience with good work references
- Experience with accurate data entry
- Demonstrate reliable attendance, consistent punctuality, and a conscientious attitude always
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized, with willingness to take on increasing responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word, and Excel with ability to create/maintain Excel workbooks
- Bilingual a plus
Benefits
- Wage starting at: $ 19.00-$21.00
- After 90 probationary period
