Purpose
Essentially to ensure the smooth running of the front desk / reception point in our DC office on a day-to-day basis. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Check in staff and guest
  • Assist the catering services, receive the deliveries
  • Manage cleaning company in case of need
You will have
With a minimum of 1 years experience, you will be the first Afiniti representative when staff and guests arrive. You will be smart in appearance and possess excellent communication & customer facing organizational skills and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a front desk / reception environment
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Microsoft Outlook experience desired
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must
  • Candidate must be a self-starter who can prioritize, problem solve and multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Candidate must be reliable and punctual, flexible, well organized, and able to manage a heavy workload with flexible hours.
