Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking an experienced receptionist for our automotive dealership in Winston-Salem, NC. The individual in this position answers and routes the incoming call, takes thorough messages, provides basic information to callers, greets customers as they enter the dealership, and maintains a courteous and professional manner and appearance.

Responsibilities for this career opportunity include:

• Operates a multi-line phone system, including answering all incoming calls, transferring callers to the appropriate person or department, and utilizing the paging system when needed.
• Develops knowledge of basic dealership information to respond to callers who have general inquiries.
• Greets customers upon arrival and ensures they are assisted quickly.
• Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Always maintains a neat work area.
• Performs administrative duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work a variable schedule,
• Attention to detail.
• Work in a team environment and maintain professionalism in a custom customer-focused environment.
• One year prior administrative/receptionist experience preferred.
