Receptionist/Office Assistant Job at Newtown Veterinary Clinic

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, customer service oriented and caring individual who loves animals to join our team! Candidates should be positive and upbeat, have excellent phone skills and compassion to pet owners.

Job requirements include (may not be limited to):
-reliable and punctual
-professional and friendly personality as you will be the first point of contact
-answer phones and relay messages accurately
-schedule appointments and follow up with clients
-basic computer knowledge
-assist the office manager as needed

Proof of COVID vaccination required, new hires work approximately 20 hours per week for training for the first month of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

To limit exposure, client's remain in their vehicles and employees meet them outside to bring in/out their family pets. We do our best to maintain a safe and clean office environment. Proof of Covid vaccination required.
