Recruiter Specialist Job at Providence Care In Home
The Coordinator ensures each shift is covered daily. Actively provides onboarding support by assisting with the recruitment of CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s.
Qualifications:
- High school degree required
- 1-3 years experience staffing for in-home care and agencies preferred
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes daily events
- Assists in organizing orientation and employee meetings for caregivers as directed by management
- Assists and participates in ongoing training for caregivers and staff
- Notifies Director of changes to any employee’s information or status
- Works with scheduling PRN staffing corporate shifts even immediate needs
- Must be able to work some Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
