A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

As a Regional Business Office Manager, you will assist facility level BOMs in maintaining excellent records of financial and resident records. You will work directly with the administrative staff, and provide general support to the facility Administrator. You go home each day feeling good about the positive impact you have made in the lives of so many in your community.


QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A REGIONAL BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

  • Medicare/Medicaid Billing Experience Required
  • Office Experience in a Long-Term Care Facility required
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Oversee the gathering of documentation for Medicaid applicants
  • Oversee input of census information into billing and clinical software
  • Must be willing to travel as needed to the facilities
