As the Regional Coordinator, you will assist a Regional Manager in the supervision and coordination of the over-all site operations of the Senior Nutrition Program in a designated geographic area for 12-25 dining locations. This is a 25 hour per week schedule with the opportunity for full time hours.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in gerontology or related human service or food service area.
- General knowledge of food service and nutrition is beneficial.
- Development / fundraising experience preferred.
- The incumbent must be willing and able to transport supplies to sites.
- The incumbent must possess writing skills for report writing and summary reports to supervisor, and possess basic budgeting and mathematical concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and interact with a variety of individuals is essential.
- The incumbent must be able to function successfully within a heavy workload and multiple requests for information and assistance.
- The incumbent must be able to think analytically, to problem solve, and to work under pressure.
