Regional Manager (Remote)
Position Summary: Each Regional Manager will have the opportunity to change health care across this country. Their work has purpose; the capacity to strengthen the financial stability of struggling health care organizations, improve the quality of life of thousands of patients, and bring joy back into the workplace. They will work closely with the Regional Vice President to drive relationships and results for each organization they work with. The Regional Manager will act in the role of a trusted advisor, almost as a member of each organization's C-Suite, to identify improvement opportunities, share pertinent data and information, and be responsive to their questions and needs. They will be the quarterback of a cross-functional team of Caravan employees that ensures each client has an individualized strategy that improves quality and reduces cost, that resources are appropriately allocated to get results, and that each client is executing the strategy. They will work closely with the C-Suite of each client to develop a long-term Population Health Strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university: Business, Business Administration, Finance, Health care, Health Care Administration, Public Health or related field. Masters strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years in health care, preferably with some experience in an Accountable Care Organization, consulting, financial management, network development or managed care.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with tools such as CRMs, Microsoft Excel, Word, Smart Sheet, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 5-10%
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned:
- Build deep client relationships.
- Participate in client launches as scheduled to deliver content and begin to build personal and professional relationships with each of their clients
- Act as the main point of contact for C-Suite members for items such as routine questions and issues; compliance with resolutions, amendments; etc.
- Listen, learn and understand the clients' needs in manner that earns the trust of the client, so every client feels we will advocate, protect and deliver on our word/contract
- Lead the Strategy and Performance meetings, including meeting preparation, review of material and editing, delivery of the data packet with the intent of providing the key information and opportunity the client needs to develop and execute their annual plan,
- Post Strategy and Performance minutes, complete follow-up items, run analytics reports, submit helpdesk tickets, identify training opportunities, submit attendee lists and feed action items into roadmap meetings and vice versa
- Provide handover support to Population Health Managers, who will conduct Road Maps
- Track goals from their Strategy plans and create accountability structure with client related to the goals
- Provide tools and content as needed to achieve goals
- Manage Client Results.
- Along with the RVP, be the go-to-expert for a designated region including existing clients, potential clients and areas of opportunity
- Actively work with the Customer Success Team for every client assigned within your region in a collaborative fashion, managing resources to get desired results
- Leverage Voice of Customer survey information for greater impact in serving and supporting clients
- Serve as the point of escalation when client issues arise from the Delivery, Compliance, Legal, Accounting, and other Caravan Health departments
- Work in conjunction with the Director of Key Performance Indicators when a client is identified at risk or in remediation to get them back on track
- Communicate results, wins, and concerns to the RVP and VP of Customer Success
- Ensure the client is on track to meet their internal objectives as well as goals set by the Caravan Health client success team. Know and report the performance of each of their clients
- Create and update client dashboards, utilize dashboard to oversee progress of region (in partnership with delivery team) and use dashboards to set quarterly goals. Feed information to delivery team on who needs extra support
- Run analytics reports. Keep a pulse on region and assist delivery team in identifying key areas/clients to target
