Regional Property Manager - Fresno Area Job at DKD Property Management
DKD is seeking a qualified leader for the position of Regional Property Manager (RPM) to work in the Fresno Branch Office . The position of RPM is an exempt position with a salary of up to $84,000 annually. This position currently oversees a portfolio of Tax Credit (TCAC), USDA- Rural Development (RD), and Affordable Housing (HUD) communities throughout Kings, Madera and Fresno County. Six properties currently, just under 500 total units located in the cities of Coalinga, Hanford, Oakhurst, Reedley and San Joaquin. The RPM is responsible for the sound physical and financial operations of each apartment community. Daily activities includes effective oversight of day-to-day task, including apartment community management, maintenance and operations with supervision of each sites assigned employees.
Candidate must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of related industry experience; or a four-year degree in Business or Real Estate and at least ten (10) years of experience in property management in a supervisory position overseeing a diverse portfolio of Tax Credit, USDA Rural Development and Affordable Housing /HUD Project Based Section 8.
A valid California Real Estate Sales or Broker license is required, (or ability to obtain within 1 year) with knowledge of applicable state and federal government agency laws and regulations related to the management of multi-family housing in California. In addition to California Landlord tenant law, candidate must have well rounded knowledge of Fair Housing, Section 504 and California Labor laws. Successful candidate will have experience with TCAC, RD and HUD programs including Project Based Section-8 and REAC. Experience with other state and or federally funded regulatory programs are desirable but not required.
