Regional Sales Manager Job at Wilbert Funeral Services
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts and regions for Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc.
- Manage customer activity, and conduct customer training and education programs.
- Grow sales volume with existing customers.
- Locate and convert prospects to customers. Grow product and service sales, increase the number of profitable customers, and improve the quality and quantity of customer purchases.
- Works closely with operations to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. product line takes place while maintaining company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The position is responsible for increasing market penetration, evaluating market potential, and pricing, and bringing a high level of professionalism and knowledge to the efforts of the company.
- Adheres to and promotes Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc.'s values by performing duties in a manner that are consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
- Functions as the key sales contact with regard to all Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. products and services for the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree 2 plus years experience in Marketing Experience in the Funeral Industry a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Some overnight travel required Significant travel
