Our Behavior Services Team is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to utilize scientifically proven ABA principles when assessing and implementing effective behavior programming for persons of all ages with developmental disabilities.

You will thrive in this RBT position if you:

• Enjoy collaborative problem-solving and working independently
• Are passionate about applied behavior analysis
• Enjoy learning about and supporting others

A typical day might include:

• Assisting with development of clinical behavior assessments, treatment plans, and programming
• Providing training and feedback to those implementing the plans
• Conducting behavior therapy sessions in the home, community, or clinic
• Electronic data collection and analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be competent and willing to perform crisis intervention physical managements as trained
• Reliable transportation due to frequent travel as caseloads are dispersed throughout surrounding counties
• RBT Certification preferred, but not required
