Vantage Point is seeking full time night and day shift RN's. Vantage Point is paying $8,000.00 sign on bonus for day shift and $12,000.00 sign on bonus for overnight shifts. 3/12 hour shifts one week and 4/12 hour shifts the next week (with an automatic 8 hours of overtime on the week you work 4 shifts) . We also have day shifts available with a $8,000.00 sign on bonus. We are seeking caring individuals who have compassion and empathy for patients with behavioral health issues. Vantage Point of NWA is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serves children, adolescents, adults and seniors. We also offer a relocation allowance up to $2,500.00. We have excellent shift differentials

Vantage Point is under the guidance of a new Chief Nursing Officer with years of experience.

Written and oral communication skills, including knowledge of medical terminology. Legible handwriting.

Ability to interact effectively with clinical team and other staff.

Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Demonstrates sound leadership skills; professional role model.

Understanding of customer service skills with patients and families.

Telephone etiquette.

Understanding of patient rights and confidentiality

Performs nursing process across the continuum to deliver age and developmentally appropriate patient-family-centered care.

Plan, implement and document physical and mental health nursing care plans

Administer and assess the effects of prescribed medications and treatments

Teach strategies and activities designed to promote both mental and physical wellness

Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results and inform physician

Proficient in time management, problem-solving, crisis intervention, analytical, diagnostic and physical assessment skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
